I started training while I was in the United States Marine Corps. I didn't start out fast or strong but with help from my friends, who are now also certified trainers, I found myself getting more confidence and strength. Most important of all, I became healthier. I learned as much as I could and trained with everyone from M.M.A. fighters to strict body builders. By the time I had finished my contract in the military, I was personally training three young men and running group exercises for my unit. I decided that regardless of what somebody wanted out of their training, I would do my best to work with them towards their goals. I became certified to help and encourage people like I was. I can't say it'll be easy, but I can tell you that it's worth every minute.
