About Humble Trainer
Growing up in Turkey with an American name always made me stand out. However, being 6’5” at 12 years old made me stand out even more. I have always been interested in sports but basketball was my greatest passion growing up and it is what brought me to America to live with my father at age 14. After high school I received a basketball scholarship to Seattle Pacific University. Basketball is my first love and I enjoyed every minute of every game. Unfortunately, after several injuries to both feet I had to quit the game I loved most.
I was always passionate about training and conditioning for basketball but after my injuries I had to learn how to exercise to accommodate for those injuries. I felt compelled to learn more about conditioning the body and about nutrition. I read and researched everything I could on all subjects that had to do with General Fitness and Health, Weight Loss, Nutrition, Strength Training, Athletic and Youth Conditioning, Fitness for Older Adults, Flexibility, Balance and Rehabilitation. Soon I realized that I was as passionate about fitness and exercise as I was about basketball and I wanted to share all the knowledge I had accumulated with others, so I became a Personal Trainer.
I believe a professional Personal Trainer must have the ability to analyze each client’s individual situation and harmonize their training to match their lifestyle and goals.
My Personal Training experience includes but is not limited to Strength and Bodyweight Training, Athletic Conditioning, Plyometrics, Interval Training, TRX Suspension Training, and TRX Rip Training. I work with all fitness levels and look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
