I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer/Group Trainer, Boot-Camp instructor. I train where it is convenient for you! Inside or outside, at the park, your home, your personal gym ect. We will be working with full body strength, (machine exercises, if you have one in your personal gym or apartment complex), resistance bands, dumbbells,kettle bells,medicine ball, stability ball, cardio,including cone and ladder drills, resistance band run,hill runs,and stairs.
