About Bells to the Wall Fitness Training LLC

One-on-one or small group personal training. I am certified in hardstyle kettlebell, TRX, Functional Movement Screening, and a certified personal trainer. I can help you improve your movement quality while you are getting strong - that is where the results are! Contact me to start training! Sessions range from 30 minutes for individual sessions or 50 minutes for small group sessions (up to 6 people for small group) - get your friends or training buddies to join you!)
