About Bells to the Wall Fitness Training LLC

One-on-one or small group personal training. I am certified in hardstyle kettlebell, TRX, Functional Movement Screening, and a certified personal trainer. I can help you improve your movement quality while you are getting strong - that is where the results are! Contact me to start training! Sessions range from 30 minutes for individual sessions or 50 minutes for small group sessions (up to 6 people for small group) - get your friends or training buddies to join you!)

    Type: Endurance Training

    About: Full body strength training 30 minute class. Doors open at 5:45am so you have plenty of time for prep & cooldown.

    Bodyweight Training


    Type: Endurance Training

    Times: 6:45 am to 7:15 am
    About: Learn how to use your bodyweight for a great workout anytime, anywhere! 30 minute class that will teach technique and have progressions and regressions for all levels!

    About: Learn to use kettlebells! We have all seen them at the gym but don't know quite what to do with them. Learn the basics - which alone will take you far!

    About: Crossfit STYLE high intensity intervals, all levels welcome. There is always a modification to increase or decrease difficulty!
