I provide in-home personal training services. I do one-on-one or small-group training (couples). The sessions are 60 minutes each, and different packages are available. I provide all the fitness equipment and develop individualized workouts dependent upon your goals and abilities. My specialties include resistance training, high-intensity interval training, and cardio and boxing circuits.
I have been working with various clients over the past 2 years, and I take pride in seeing them through the process from start to finish. I have experience with male and female clients ranging in age from 23 up to 56 with various injuries or surgeries.
I can assist clients with weight loss, nutrition advice, toning, flexibility, aerobic and anaerobic fitness.
