About Body Upgrade

I have experienced the ups and downs of weight loss. I, myself, have battled with anorexia, bulimia, and obesity. After finally getting on the right track, I lost 100 lbs. I decided to put my focus on helping others reach their lifetime fitness goals. I understand the struggle with pushing yourself, addiction to food, following meal plans, getting into a routine, and most importantly about self confidence and body image. I definitely want to help you feel good about yourself and reach those lifetime goals.
