About Danielle Hamlin Fitness

I am an established personal trainer based out of Plano, TX. Taking a myological approach to fitness, I break down each exercise to best suit my client's anatomy, goals, and physical limitations. It's not enough to focus on arbitrary movements. There are thousands of ways to perform an exercise incorrectly, but there is only one correct way to perform an exercise according to YOUR body. The key is to work with your body to maximize results. Work smarter so you can train harder and achieve the body you have always dreamed of.
