I love helping people. I provide an initial fitness assessment with each new person. This establishes a good baseline to compare to weeks, months, years down the road. I can help you achieve your health and fitness goals by creating a program specific to your needs and by provided nutritional advice. I have experience in one on one training, workout re-programming, mini-boot camps, sports performance, and exercise testing. I have gained this experience through my years in the Marine Corps, exercise physiology courses, GameOn Athletics Sports Performance,and most recently my time at the Texas Health Harris Hospital Fitness Center. At the fitness center I led numerous boot camps, fitness assessments, and exercise tests.
