About RPM Fitness Training

I started running boot camps because I could help more people in less time, and lower the price at the same time so anyone could afford it. At first I was very apprehensive about this. But what I then noticed would totally blow me away. For some reason, the whole group environment raised the overall energy of the workout. Not only was I pushing my clients to work hard, my clients were also encouraging each other to go that extra mile. And the most amazing part was that every single client got better results in boot camp than with anything else.
