Phil has certifications in the following areas: Fitness Trainer, Spinning, Abdominal, Endurance, Flexibility & Stretch Technique, and Aerobics. My specialty is Boot Camp, Kettle Bell, Bodyweight and old fashion calisthenics. Phil has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Park University, an Associates degree in Urban Studies from the University of the District of Columbia, and he has studied two years of law at Georgetown University. I have also acquired two years of study in Physical Therapy and H.I.V./AIDS. My fitness education has come from the National Federation of Professional Trainers and the International Sports Science Association, as well having spent three years teaching the value of proper nutrition and exercise.
