About Double Dose Fitness

Aside from healthy eating, exercise brings your goals full-circle. We are both certified personal trainers in the DFW area, and previously worked corporate jobs. We will do a combination of weight training with barbells, dumbbells, machines, resistance bands, bosu balls, some cardio, plyos, etc to get you back on track! We love coming up with unique exercises to mix it up and build those muscles and have fun at the same time!
