Some of my specialty areas are weight loss and building muscle, however the work that I do also helps to improve most clients overall health. Instead of traditional cardio I prefer to use High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to keep the body guessing 2-3 times a week. I have a variety of equipment and weight training machines at my home gym as well as a treadmill and a stationary bicycle. I am a Retired Army Veteran holding my Certified Fitness Trainer from International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and working towards my Associates Degree in Exercise Science with ISSA as well. I am available to work with clients from varying backgrounds and looking for varying types of workouts and results.
Individual Training Special

Group Training Special for 2-3 people
3 sessions per week-$125 (total for the group)
2 sessions per week-$75 (total for the group)
