About Redleg Fitness

Some of my specialty areas are weight loss and building muscle, however the work that I do also helps to improve most clients overall health. Instead of traditional cardio I prefer to use High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to keep the body guessing 2-3 times a week. I have a variety of equipment and weight training machines at my home gym as well as a treadmill and a stationary bicycle. I am a Retired Army Veteran holding my Certified Fitness Trainer from International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and working towards my Associates Degree in Exercise Science with ISSA as well. I am available to work with clients from varying backgrounds and looking for varying types of workouts and results.

    2 sessions a week-$35
    1 session a week $25
    Group Training Special for 2-3 people
    3 sessions per week-$125 (total for the group)
    2 sessions per week-$75 (total for the group)
    1 session per week-$50 (total for the group)

    There are 9 days before the Halloween Special promotion ends.

    Initial assessment is free of charge and will give both of us a snapshot of where we need to start and how we should approach your training.
    Paid per week or month..
    Payment is made at the beginning of the first training session.
