    I have been a personal trainer for about 6 months, but I feel that with my knowledge and what my experience at Xsport has given me, I have been training for 5 years. I am ISSA Personal Trainer certified, PTA global certified and have a B.A. in Exercise Science. My training style is very mixed. I strongly believe in functional fitness and using body weight and everyday movement in training. However, I also have a strong knowledge and love for sport performance/conditioning, so there is a little bit of that style within most of my programs. I will match your attitude and needs regarding how I approach our sessions together. If you want to talk and have fun working out, I will make sure of that, but I won't expect anything less than a tough workout from you. If you just want to get your "you-know-what" kicked, boot-camp style, I will definitely do that. Some of my characteristic traits are outgoing, energetic, empathetic, hard-working and motivating.
