About Fit your Life!

I am an ISSA certified personal trainer as well as a massage therapist. That being said, correcting weaknesses and deviations and devising plans based on my findings to increase strength, flexibility and functionality comes naturally to me. If I had to choose one area I enjoy incorporating most into my clients plans, it would be strength training. Especially erasing the perception with women that they will "get huge muscles" when they lift heavy things. Being fit and healthy has to become a habit, and I love being part of that!
