About Results Personal Training

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA, which is accredited by the U.S. Department of Education.
I also am an ISSA Specialist in Senior Fitness, USA Weightlifting Certified, Hardstyle Dragon Door Certified in Kettlebells, and Group Fitness Instructor Certified through AFAA.
For almost 20 years, I have been training kids, adults, senior adults and everyone in between.
Prior to your arrival, I organize each workout specifically for you. While we are training, I focus completely on you. Upon leaving, you will feel energized, accomplished, and know you have had an effective workout experience.
Meet with me privately for 30 or 60 minute sessions weekly and you will see results!!
