I have been a yoga instructor for well over a decade and started weight training over two years ago. I started to see a lot of interesting things in the gym the more time I started to spend there especially with women. So I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer and learn all I could about training, nutrition and more importantly proper form. I received my Certification through ISSA and it has put me on a journey like no other. I love seeing the difference exercise and nutrition can make in a person's life, and I have a passion for being a part of that difference.
