About Pro Fitness 1

My name is Gary DiClementi, I'm the Associate Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Wager College, and I'm also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA - CSCS). I've been working with a wide range of athletes for the past decade, and individuals of all ages over the past five years. I'm excited to help you reach your goals, whatever they are! Let's discuss how fitness and proper nutrition can help you sculpt your body. Trust me, you DONT need to starve yourself or do 10 hours of cardio per week to get there.
