I work at a commercial gym in Midtown East NYC. I have run numerous marathons and ultra marathons and remained injury free. I have certifications in TRX suspension training, Kettlebell training, Animal Flow and Athletic Performance. I offer a complete program and not just a personal training session. Each program is bespoke and designed with the individual client in mind. Programs encompass strength training, cardio training,flexibility, and advice on diet and supplementation.
