About David Orsini fitness

I offer a flexible fitness solution towards anyone who is looking to lose weight, coming out of rehab, getting ready for a sporting event, or who just wants to be flexible. My primary specialty is in martial arts, mixing it in with power lifting, kettle bells and body weight training. You can use me as a sound board, but expect to be motivated throughout the session. Let’s start creating possibilities to become a team, and overcome any fitness challenge you’re experiencing.

My fitness journey started at the age of 8, as a hyperactive chubby little boy, being introduced to kyokushin karate, under the tuitalage of Shihan Kanamura. Ten years later I received my black belt , and trained under the International karate organization, for  the twelve years. Now I currently train at Iwata dojo. To further my fitness repertuar was to attaining my NASM personal and group training certifications. Now I focus on individuals with their fitness journey, and hope to meet someone who is need of an ally with their fitness challenges, to give them the tools I have acquired.
