I have been an independent personal fitness trainer for 14 years and previously employed by Equinox Health Clubs for two years. I am certified by the American Council on Exercise and American College of Sports Medicine. Also have a SrFit certification through American Academy of Health & Fitness.

My goal is to help you achieve your fullest potential by offering invaluable life skills in a relaxed, non threatening atmosphere. I focus particularly on form to help prevent injuries. I also incorporate balance and flexibility with strength training. I provide the motivation, strategies, and techniques to give you confidence by providing a customized exercise program based on your level of activity and health needs.
