I have been a Certified Fitness Trainer for the past 3 years through the Internatioanl Sports Science Association (ISSA). I have had 15 years of experience in the martial arts. Have taught deveral Police Defensice Tactics coures including fitness training and healthy dieting. Have trained competitors involved in the International Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation.
