    As your trainer I will design a program that is based on your specific needs that match your goals for the desired outcome you are looking for. I focus on core strength and conditioning, muscular strength and muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance training, flexibility, balance, range of motion, postural assessment and correction and functional movement patterns. Post rehab of shoulders, knees, back, ankles and hips. I work with clients of all ages and health conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and stroke victims. Having worked with clients who have under-gone surgeries in a physical therapy setting gives me an edge in personal training. Its great to see someone who was once unenthusiastic about exercise become the opposite. I also include active and passive stretching at the end of each exercise session.
