Using a direct, honest approach and working with people within their own limits, its my goal to push them in the right direction to reach new levels of strength and endurance.
So whether you're 17 or 70, I work with whatever your goals are. So whether its to gain strength, get lean, post-injury strengthening or just to break the monotony of your already established routine, I work with you to make it a valuable training experience.
