About Fitness A Way Of Life

We have been personal training for 5 years in NYC and started our business 3 years ago. Our knowledge stems from our certification through ACE and both Noelle's experience as a Division 1 track and field collegiate athlete and record holder and Kern's experience with tennis. We are experienced with kettle bell training, stability balls, lifestyle management, sports conditioning, rehabilitation, prenatal and postpartum,weight training,Pilates training,and more.
