Plus size fitness that will use body weight as a tool rather than a liability. My experience as a plus size individual and as a personal trainer give me a unique perspective and understanding of the challenges faced by overweight and obese individuals daily.My mission is to bring health and well being to people of all sizes, and to show them that it's ok to love the bodies they have now while working to change them.
