About Transformations By Sean Michael

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. A progressively challenging approach in working together will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

In 2002, I made a career as well as mindset change to do something that made a difference in people’s lives. It was my lifelong love for working out that materialized into a passion for helping others transform not only their physiques but their own personal beliefs and limitations.

Seventeen years later, I've worked with every population, from the young to the senior citizen, the fit to the overweight and the injured to the healthy, there have been incredible transformations of the physiques and self-confidences of countless people. The end result is having good fortune and experiencing the great successes of others in the fitness and coaching business.

I am fully insured and hold NASM Certifications in the following: Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist.
