I have been working in the fitness field as a certified personal trainer for 8 and a half years. My clients have ranged from 13-90 years old. I use a variety of exercises, which include: Boxing and Kickboxing, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Group circuit training. Weight-loss exercises, building muscle and much more. I am certified through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) and in spring will be continuing my education to get my BS in Athletic Training.
