My experience has been mostly with 50+ age group. I've been a trainer for more than 4 years. I work with people who have had a stroke, hip replacement, knee replacement, heart conditions, diabetes and back (scoliosis and sciatic nerve issues,)neck and shoulder problems, just to name a few. I also train overweight clients and clients with health issues regardless of age. However, my passion is training older clients because I think they need it the most. I am a certified personal trainer and also certified in fitness therapy.
