I have been in the fitness industry for 12 years and have never been more passionate about helping others reach their goals safely and effectively while continuously being challenged!

It is extremely important to me to serve by educating you on proper form and technique, learning to control your body in space as efficiently as possible and making your body stronger as a whole so your everyday activities become that much easier. In order to do all of the above, all that I ask is that you come on time, prepared and ready to work with a great attitude! If you are feeling less than 100%, then give me 100% of your 80%! It's really just that easy!

All of my certifications and insurance are current. I hold certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist and Golf Fitness Specialist. In addition, I also am Golf Trainer Certified by the Titleist Performance Institute.

I have had the honor and pleasure of working with so many great individuals that had their own stories, challenges and paths from injuries to health issues to finding inner strength for personal and physical growth. A positive attitude and will to want to try and succeed is what truly keeps everyone moving toward their own successful ending. We all want to feel better and look better but doing it the right way, with safe progressions, is the key to any long standing results based program.
