About Fitness FamiLee

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Nutrition from William Paterson University. After receiving my degree, I interned at Saint Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center working with cardiac patients. I have experience with post-physical therapy and specialize in overweight/obesity. I have worked with a variety of clients. My program provides knowledge and motivation so that every client, no matter what their initial health status is, can reach their healthy lifestyle goals. I bring passion for fitness and health to all of my clients and motivate them with my high energy. I will look forward to working with you to achieve your wellness goals.
