About Body Evolution Personal and Sports Training

All workout/diet programs are individualized to meet the needs of the individual. Each client is warmed up then taught a group exercises. After the weights are determined and the clients perform a circuit of three exercises three times (two if first time exerciser). Three different circuits are completed covering the entire body. Once this is completed there is a cool-down stretch session lasting 10 minutes.
