About Lana Richie Personal Training

I have been helping people reach their fitness goals for several years as a NASM certified personal trainer and AFAA group fitness trainer. I do one-on-one appointments for hours or half hours with many affordable packages to choose from. If one-on-one is not your style, I will also accommodate small groups as well as Bridal Boot Camp's. I work closely with a successful Reno photographer and can easily add on a lifestyle change photo package to any personal training package. Whatever your needs, budget, or fitness level, there is a way I can help you reach your fitness goals. I am a independent contractor at Flex Appeal in south Reno, but I am also available to train you at your home.
