About Sheri Kaminksi, NSCA-CPT/SFG

With a background in Early Childhood Education, I have always had an interest in movement and strength. In 2007, I earned my NSCA-CPT Certification, and in 2009, my Kettlebell Certification from Pavel Tsatsoluine. When done correctly, the Kettlebell Swing burns about 22 calories per minute. That is like running a 6 minute mile, with NO impact! With Kettlebells you burn fat with "incidental cardio", build functional, strong, muscle, and increase flexibility at the SAME TIME!
