I am a former Karate/Kickboxing Champion. I have a 30 year boxing background. I am NASM certified. I specialize in one on one non-contact boxing training focusing on muscle tone, weight loss and cardio. I keep my workout fun and versatile. Just like a boxer you are trained on jump roping, speed bag, heavy bag, ring generalship, shadow boxing and core exercises.
