I have been an athlete for 20 plus years. I have been personal training for 7 years now but just recently became certified through NASM. Helping individuals reach their short and long-term goals is my speciality. I've worked with people of all ages and sizes so I will cater to an individual's goals and needs. My schedule is very flexible at the moment. I will make sure each client will get the most out of each and every training session.
