    My clients come from all backgrounds ranging from high school to retiree, each with varying degrees of experience pursuing a healthier well-being.

    As part of your training package, you will receive expert advice regarding nutrition and supplementation, including individualized meal plans. Couples training has proven to be popular and successful! (I never charge extra for couples training.)

    I stay informed on all the latest trends relating to fitness, nutrition & supplementation, with an understanding of what works and what does not work...and why.

    I am certified in Kinetic Anatomy, which will maximize the effect of movement through exercise, while minimizing the risk of injury. As a result, my clients are able to avoid the plateau, burn-out and frustration common with many fitness programs.
