About My Goals Fitness

I am a personal fitness trainer tackling issues of weight loss, building muscle, and improving mind & body relationships.

I primarily focus on staying out of the gym, by doing exercises outside, or in your own home. I travel to review, So that we can work together in a one-on-one setting. My flexible scheduling allows clients sign up for several sessions per week, once a week, or once a month. Whichever is most convenient.

I have been a certified personal trainer slightly over one year, I have been an avid runner for 12 years, and I organize a running group in Somerville, MA.
