I have been a certified personal trainer since February 2002. I am certified from ACE and AFAA, BOSU Master Trainer, Resist-a-Ball instructor and Gliding instructor. I am also a Healthy Moms Perinatal Fitness Instructor.
I have specialized in working with women since I have started. I have worked with a variety of health issues including: diabetes, osteoporosis/penia, scoliosis, knee/shoulder/back, and morbidly obese.
My personal style is friendly and quiet, not screaming or demanding. My mission is to get women healthy and fit so they can maintain their independence as long as possible.
