My services includes a full Body Assessment starting from Body Measurements,BMI,Body fat,Weight check in and nutrition advice. We will also properly warm-up and stretch and cool down the proper way. The main purpose of working out and staying fit is too properly prepare yourself and have the correct form and technique.
