As a personal trainer I design programs based on my clients goals and needs. I do an initial assessment and create workouts that include weight training, cardiovascular training and core training. I also guide you to make healthy nutritional choices with the right combinations of good carbohydrates, lean protein and healthy fats. I work with all populations including elderly adults, children, post rehabilitation, women and men. I have worked in gyms as a manager, personal trainer and fitness instructor. I specialize in one on one training, group training, weight loss, weight lifting/toning, cardiovascular and core training as well as nutritional guidance. You can train in my state-of-the art studio in Ellicott City, MD or in the comfort of your home.
