I provide one on one training, couples training, small group, and large class training. Primarily, I work in weight loss and strength training. Most of my sessions are one hour long, and they vary based on your goals. I also work with several clients in helping to improve their flexibility and utilizing corrective exercise to help prevent injuries or help relieve the pain of current injuries.
I travel to apartment complex gyms, parks, office gyms, and homes. I have my own equipment, including weights, resistance bands, exercise balls, foam rollers, mats, and more.
