As a Certified Personal Trainer for over 6 years, I've helped my clients reach their goals and maintain them through complete lifestyle changes. I specialize in weigh loss/management, lifestyle coaching, pilates, yoga, core/functional training, group exercise, balance and flexibility. I am a Certified Pilates Instructor, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer. I look forward to helping you finally achieve the results you've always wanted!
