My background in training involves several different areas of fitness and can appeal to any type of fitness enthusiasts ranging from clients interested in fat loss, muscle tone, muscle growth, developing/advancing an exercise regimen, Nutrition education, sports specific, powerlifting, calisthenics, etc. I am certified by the American Council On Exercise as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
