About Sherman Fitness

I believe that in-home training can lead to better results through the elimination of distractions that are common in health clubs. I want my clients to not only look good, but also feel good. Often overlooked is the way that one feels performing everyday tasks. How about having more energy at work? As you can see, "looking good" is only a piece of the puzzle. I concentrate on anything from weight loss to athletics; including balance training, core training, endurance, functional exercise, group fitness, Kettlebells, MMA conditioning & endurance, muscle toning, speed performance enhancement, strength training, and weight loss.
