About FLO Fitness and Martial Arts

The program begins with a set of questions to better understand the direction we are looking to move. We then design a program that will allow this goal to become a reality. We begin the program with a Mobility-Phase to allow for proper range of motion and limit injury through proper maintenance. We then move into 3-Week Micro-Phases to move forward toward our End-Goal. After every 3-Weeks we reassess our status through a De-load week that consists of calisthenic based movement. Then we Reload with another 3-Week Micro-Phase. If the client is an athlete then we take into account schedules and create the proper program accordingly. Understanding adjustments and modifications will potentially be used as conflicting schedule may cause a detour. The program will be capable to run on auto-pilot with physically interacting as long as we have time on a weekly basis for contact.
