-I specialize in weight loss training, resistance training, and endurance race training. I also offer nutritional counseling and recipe development for home cooking. I hold a Bachelors of music from SIUE, a Associates of Applied Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales, and a Certified Personal Trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
-At Nxt Level we provide a truly customized personal training program for each individual client. No two people have the same fitness goals, therefore clients won't find themselves doing the same workouts as others are. It starts with a free one hour assessment, including getting to know you and your routine, nutrition, fitness goals. I move on to a half hour fitness test to see where we will be starting from. Sessions are available from one day a week, up to four days a week. Prices are negotiable, and there is no monthly gym fee to pay in addition to working with me.
