I am a former FFC trainer who used to charge clients $85 per session. I am now offering my services at a flat rate of $40 per session for only the next 10 clients!

In my boxing lessons I give my clients the opportunity to use me as a punching bag to gain live one on one fight experience that you wont get any where else.

I also teach my clients everything they need to know about nutrition and why a calorie is actually not a calorie as well as why certain forms of cardio can actually make you gain weight!
We also track, monitor and adjust macros so there is no more guessing with weight loss

We focus on functional movement to ensure we maintain a balanced muscular system to avoid injuries and future pain.
