My name is Lisa Gordon and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise since 2007. I also hold a Certification through the American Red Cross in CPR, AED and First Aid. In addition, I attend several Seminars each year relating to Nutrition, Business, and Exercise Techniques. Fitness is my true passion, as I have strive to help Individuals acheive their Weight Loss and Nutritional Goals and maintain a Healthy Lifestyle. I have worked with Individuals from all Fitness Levels, ages 14 to 72. Functional Training is another Specialization in addition to Nutrition.
