I've been working as a fitness instructor for over four years. I began this journey because I myself was overweight and suffering with cholesterol and blood pressure issues. I knew I needed to make changes. So I sought out the help of a personal trainer who helped me to lose the weight and get me into shape. Since then I have become a black belt in karate, a bodybuilder, endurance and recreational athlete. I know firsthand the power of fitness and how it can change your body and spirit.
I specialize in one-on-one fitness instruction. I also teach several formats of group fitness classes (kickboxing, resistance, interval training, aqua aerobics, cycling, etc.)
I also focus on weight loss, athletic conditioning, martial arts and self-defense, bodybuilding, and overall wellness.
