We offer a free one hour fitness assessment and consultation where you will gain valuable knowledge about your current health and fitness status such as:

· Resting Heart Rate and Blood Pressure
· Goal Setting and Action Plan
Learning and understanding these critical components to health and fitness is the first step to getting yourself on track to a healthier you. In addition, you will learn some great exercises that you can do at home!
This assessment can be done in your home in Chicago or the Chicagoland area.
We also offer In-Home Personal Training.
One-on-one or small group training is the best way to make sure you're getting the most out of your training time. Sessions are one hour of exercises, stretching, and/or myofacial release completely tailored to your needs and goals. We will bring all the required equipment to your home and you will not need to stress out about Chicago traffic (we'll do that for you too!).
Prior to starting a personal training program we will assess your health and fitness and establish your personal goals and construct each session to achieve them as efficiently as possible. In addition to coached sessions, you will receive suggestions for workouts and exercises you can do on your own as well as lifestyle and nutrition tips to help you achieve the desired results.
